Education is a right that must not depend on circumstances. Even in emergencies, we must make room for quality education. With this in mind, we present “Education in Emergencies; Disasters and Refugees”.
Our Department of Education has set out to analyze the complexity of providing education amid adversity, crisis, and trauma. Drawing on psychology, sociology, and pedagogy, the report examines the short-, medium-, and long-term consequences and implications for affected individuals and communities, including trauma, lasting effects, and migration in extreme circumstances.
